Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in US are shipped through USPS. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently we ship only to the US but we plan to ship worldwide in the future where we can provide free worldwide shipping.  

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information and if you would like to have further assistance with that, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Checking the status of your order 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
